Suitability qualified Ice Rink Service providers are invited to submit a tender for the concession to organize and operate an Ice-Skating event in Millennium Park, Dublin 15 for the duration of three months, in late 2021 and into early 2022. The Council’s objective is to secure a partner to promote, organise and operate the Ice Rink event, under the conditions and terms applied by the professional staff of Fingal County Council Operations Department, Dublin 15. The Ice Rink must provide accessibility and inclusive elements to the event and therefore providing access and opportunities for all abilities to partake in the event.The Ice Rink will operate during the months of November through to January, with the possibility to extend further into February. Any extensions are purely at the discretion of Fingal County Council.
