Fingal County Council is seeking to establish a Single-Party Framework Agreement Community Centre Construction Works for Fingal County Council. The maximum estimated value over the lifetime of the framework is in the region of €20 million (ex VAT). The award of contract(s) under the framework agreement is subject to available funding. It is emphasised, however, that this figure is provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for the proposed construction of Sports & Community Centre at Meakstown, Dublin 11.
