THIS IS A TRANSPARENCY NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKS:Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & NorthNorth Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern IrelandAmey is required to undertake an annual programme of bathroom replacements.The programme of works will be broken down as follows:• Full bathroom replacement.• Full bathroom replacement with water closet (WC) if not located in main bathroom, whether on the same floor or another floor of the property.• Where there is an additional WC, it shall only include its replacement upon instruction from Amey.The pricing for bathroom replacement will be based upon the category of property.
