Brief Scope of Works
• Replacement Doors and Windows
• Patio Doors
• Store doors
• Side passageway doors
• Itemised Helifix lintels
• Itemised garage Personnel Doors
• Installation of water butts
• Replace MAINS ELECTRIC doorbells (will need electrician, plasterer and decorator to make good walls)
• Redecorate meter cupboards
• Provide a part time OSLO (On Site Liaison Officer) for the duration of the works.
• Note - 1no property has already received a new front door and is not to be included for replacement
