THIS IS A TRANSPARENCY NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKS: Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & North North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Amey is required to undertake an annual programme of electrical rewiring. Where a property has been identified as requiring rewiring, the following works will typically be carried out as part of the rewiring: • Remove existing wiring and fittings • Rewiring with new fittings including earth bonding, smoke alarms, carbon • monoxide alarms, etc. • Renew consumer unit. The pricing for electrical rewiring will be based upon the category of property.
