Descriptions
The Authority seeks to establish a framework agreement for the filling of skips with evidential material and the transport of the skips, both empty and full, to and from the secure area A where the material is currently stored and the new location B where it will be permanently stored. In addition, there will be a requirement to transport the empty skips from a third location C to the secure area. Location C is on the route between locations A and B. A competent service provider is required to undertake this sensitive work with an anticipated short turnaround for completion.
