Final External Evaluation - Enterprise Support Programme

The Enterprise Support Programme project wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out a detailed final evaluation of the programme to assess the impact of the project as outlined in the tender brief. The programme is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW) with the University of South Wales (a merger created from the former University of Glamorgan and University of Wales, Newport) acting as lead partner.The current funding arrangement will end in April 2015. It is anticipated that this evaluation, comprising a final report, will work towards building a case for further funding and sustainability of the programme.The programme commenced in May 2012 with, at the time, all 9 participating partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It is this pan-Wales programme we are seeking to evaluate.
