The provision of a Contractor hosted Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Budget Management, Learning and Development (L&D) and Recruitment Software as a Service (SaaS) solution which includes deployment and ongoing support and is aligned to the principles of the Digital Strategy for Swindon Borough Council (SBC).The solution will be a hosted software as a service model, which must be capable of enterprise level integration to allow it to be fully integrated to the Council’s existing IT Systems (to include but not be limited to OpenHousing, Adults Social Care (Swift, Eclipse/Fiscal), RSSCMS (IDOX Uniform), Highways Asset Management, SharePoint, Citizen Portal) and to allow for likely future systems. In addition the solution must be able to link to the learning platform used by the Council’s Learning and Development team to deliver training.
