Descriptions
Waterways Ireland has a need to procure the services of a suitable management consultant to review our current Finance System (application software) and its associated processes (operational). The Consultant will also provide recommendation on industry best practice, arrange / manage workshops and project groups, assist with drafting and evaluating the tender documents (for a public procurement including responding to queries), to ensure the best off the shelf Finance Application is selected. Assistance may also be required during the implementation phase. Additional ‘in scope’ services, such as additional consulting services, drafting of documents (procedures, policies, plans etc.), updating the Chart of Accounts may be required subject to need and budget availability. Tenderers should declare their rates for subsequent services by the day/hour etc. which should be broken down by grade of staff if appropriate or supplied as a blended rate.
