The project includes internal refurbishment works of Whiteabbey and Monkstown Community Centres.The project is located at 2 Community Centres, Monkstown Community Centre, Cashel Dr, Newtownabbey BT37 0EY, and Whiteabbey Community Centre, 55 Glenville Rd, Newtownabbey BT37 0TA.Project Scope - the project includes the following elements;•Whiteabbey Community Centre: Installation of vinyl flooring in main hall including self-levelling compounds, replacement skirting & making good, provision of external security lighting.•Monkstown Community Centre: Kitchen refurbishment including new units, mechanical and electrical work, extension to existing storage including new stud walls etc., shelving, alteration to heating pipework, installation of new sink and hand dryer.THIS TENDER OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN PUBLISHED ON THE NORTHERN IRELAND TENDERING SITE ESOURCING NI.
