Paradise Depot is a mixed-use development providing 56 social rent apartments and a standalone commercial building for DENS. Current due for the completion in January 2027.
Original fire consultancy services were commissioned from Hydrock, totalling £54,440.
Due to project delays and Hydrock's transition to Stantec, the initial contract had to be re-negotiated.
Stantec has provided a revised fee proposal covering the duties that were unfulfilled from the original Hydrock contact and in accordance with the Housing Development Team's scope of services.
