The services required by the Contract include but are not restricted to: • Visual Fire Door Surveys • Intrusive Fire Door Surveys may be required as the Contract term progresses • Fire Risk Assessments to residential properties (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) • Fire Risk Assessments to corporate buildings (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) • Fire Risk Assessments to Sheltered and Extra Care Accommodation • Fire Risk Assessments to Temporary Accommodation • Pre and Post Occupation Fire Risk Assessments • Compartmentation Surveys
