Lantra as part of the Food Skills Cymru Programme, in compliance with funding procurement rules, are putting a tender through Sell2Wales to establish a single training provider who can deliver animal health and welfare training to abattoirs based across Wales.We require the successful training provider to:Be competent across the main species of cattle, sheep, goats, deer, poultryBe able to work across a range of business types including small, SME’s and Large organisationsBe able to work with individual companies to identify training needs and deliver to a minimum of WATOK qualification levelBe able to deliver training on-site if requested, to businesses across WalesCourses need to be recognised by the retail sector and align with relevant industry standards
