Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Comissioning of subject matter experts on a call-off basis to provide evidence reviews, health economicssupport and associated activities, either discrete or in blocks. This contract is divided into lots; Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. Lot No1: Specialist Consultancy for Evidence Based Reviews Quantity or scope: Providers must be able to provide expertise in specified disease areas. Providers must have expert knowledge in the subject they are reviewing. Lot 2: Health Economics Support Quantity or scope: Providers must be able to provide Health Economics input to influence and shape the policy and decisionmaking environment in the economics of prevention and early intervention across the NHS, Public health andSocial Care systems.
