The Authority is inviting tender Framework Agreement for the Provision of Arboricultural and Horticultural services The Authority is responsible for approximately 40,000 trees (not including woodlands), principally situated on Highways, Housing, Leisure and Education sites.
The responsibility of the management is delegated to Neighbourhood Street Scene, as has the responsibility for managing grass, weeds and shrubs on the highway. The Framework Agreement delivers the operational elements of tree pruning, felling and planting, cutting grass and shrubs and chemical control of weeds.
