Cannock Chase District Council owns just over 5,000 low rise residential properties and is looking to procure a Framework Agreement to award one Supplier to provide and erect scaffolding to the Councils housing portfolio. The scaffolding work must be carried out and erected in accordance with the specification and certified by the Supplier and their professional team to the full satisfaction of the Housing Maintenance Section's Supervisory Officers, Authorities Health & Safety Officer, any external Health & Safety Consultants employed by the Council and the Health & Safety Executive. All scaffolds should be erected as per the type and style specified based on individual works service order by the client's officer. Contract Period: 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2028 (with one year extension) Contract Value: £600,000 over the total four (4) years Staffordshire County Council is supporting Cannock Chase District Council with the tender process and the e-tendering system being used is Proactis https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login If suppliers haven't already, please register an account now to avoid a delay when the tender goes live on the 4th November 2024.
