Fortis Living a newly formed trading name of Worcester Community Housing (WCH) and Festival Housing (FH), are seeking to identify suitable contractors to create a Framework through which External Wall Insulation and associated enabling works will be procured.It is additionally anticipated that the works will be funded solely or partially from a variety of sources, including but not limited to:— Self financed;— Funding through Energy Company Obligation (ECO);— Via a government sponsored Cashback scheme; or;— By any future opportunities that arise out of a developing energy policy.The Framework is intentionally aimed at housing providers both in and outside of the Fortis Group of companies as listed within the documentation; to suit their individual needs and requirements for work of this type. Please note that the key users of the Framework will be Fortis Group members and members of our consortium - CHIC, but others may/will join throughout the term.The projects arising from the procurement are anticipated to be extremely diverse, from only a few properties, to projects worth several million pounds.
