It is a non-profit making body owned and operated jointly by six local authorities. This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the supply of Design and Technology materials and equipment for use in schools, estimated to begin in January 2027. Delivery shall typically be to ESPO's distribution centre in Leicester and directly to ESPO's customers throughout the UK.
