The University is renewing the contract for the supply of Fresh Meat and Poultry. The contract will commence on 1st September 2019 for a three year period. Full details in respect of the specific requirements are contained within this specification document. The University requires a comprehensive range of meat and poultry products. All meat & poultry products supplied to be fresh (not frozen) unless with prior agreement of UCLan staff member.
