• Implement digital solutions at the front door of the Council (Customer Contact Centre and First Contact)
• Support the redesign and implementation of new pathways and processes for the front door to reduce administration and delays
• Deploy enabling "assistive technology" across Adult Social Care as an "opt out" model of support to enable more accurate assessment of needs and support for the person
