Descriptions
Facilities Management and Maintenance Services including, activating and deactivating security alarms, day to day maintenance/handyman services, refurbishment work, including alterations and installations, general maintenance of the mechanical, air conditioning and site utilities to include pre planned maintenance schedules, statutory safety checks and certification, maintenance of all lighting and electrical systems and UPS to include pre planned maintenance schedules, statutory safety checks and certification (UPS systems associated with IT equipment, by others). The successful tenderer will also be required to liaise with the FSPO on completion of work required by statutory orders/notices, including preparation and submission of report/certificate of work completion. The routine service and maintenance of the moisture detection system in the Comms room may be requested. Provision of procedures / policies/ work methods for all services provided on site.
