Descriptions
Applications are invited from suitably experienced suppliers with a track record of providing a fully managed print service that includes local printing, copying, faxing, scanning including full maintenance and support and the provision of a suitable 'follow me' printing solution including Wi-Fi where this is possible. There may be a requirement for the supplier to provide services that cover the management of bulk copying and or printing either via a small central on-site facility or via the suppliers off-site production facilities. As part of the overall solution the Trust may have a requirement for the provision and management of a suite of standalone desktop and/or network scanners to provide high quality scanning services, alternatively this could be provided as part of a managed service if this is more appropriate.
