Descriptions
Twenty-five year contract (with break options) with an authority trust company for the management and operation of all authority sports venues, with additional venues to be included at the discretion of the authority. The venues may include (but shall not be limited to) the following:Tennis Centre/Ozone; Falls Swim Centre; Loughside Recreation Centre; Ballysillan Leisure Centre; Andersonstown Leisure Centre; Avoniel Leisure Centre; Shankill Leisure Centre; Olympia Leisure Centre; Grove Wellbeing Centre; Whiterock Leisure Centre; Robinson Leisure Centre; Brook Activity Centre and changing block; Belvoir Activity Centre and Girdwood multi-functional hub and indoor sports facility.
