The overall aim of this rapid review is to establish a clear picture of current funding flows and any financial disincentives/barriers that prevent achievement of the overall policy aims. The results of the review will inform next steps by identifying the extent of the challenge; existing best practice; and suggesting potential solutions. The rapid review will seek to understand, specifically for services for people with a learning disability and/or autism (both adults and children and young people)
