To remove existing inverted roofing system for the high-level roofs, strip insulation and existing systems and lay new SIKA roof felt system and insulation.
Note the project funding is to be split:
Phase one will be to the value of £750,000.00 plus VAT and will be completed/ invoiced/ paid by 31st March 2026.
Phase two will be to the value of £746,995.00 plus VAT and is anticipated to commence from 1st April 2026 – subject to funding approval
