Cumberland Council is seeking to commission appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to support the production of a masterplan for Carlisle that will set out an aspirational vision and long-term strategy for the future growth of the city.
The core objective is to develop a masterplan for Carlisle which sets out the key changes required to support the regeneration and renewal of the city centre, to encourage and guide investment decisions (public and private) and set out the programme for change.
