**INDUSTRY EVENT INVITE - PLEASE READ ADDITION AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS DESCRIPTION** The Authority has an upcoming requirement (Project HERA) for the delivery of, technical support and airfield enabling services across 19 UK MOD units. The Project HERA requirement is currently a funded initiative, but any related future procurement activity will be subject to the DSPCR 2011 and advertised accordingly through the relevant channels The Project HERA team are reviewing their schedule and delivery timeline and are currently uncertain of the impact to the proposed project duration. The release of the proposed Project HERA Contract Notice and Dynamic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will more than likely not occur before 01 October 2024. When more details of the re-baselined schedule review are understood, HERA team will seek to offer an update through a potential Webinar. **FURTHER UPDATE** ** Project HERA had intended to conduct a webinar in late June/early July 2024 to update potential suppliers on project activity that is ongoing to initiate the procurement phase of the project. With the announcement of the UK General Election, which shall be conducted on 4 July 2024, the decision has been taken to delay the webinar. Project HERA will look to conduct the webinar as soon as is practicable after the UK General Election. ** **FURTHER UPDATE** The Authority has a proposed requirement (Project HERA) for the delivery of, technical support and airfield enabling services across c.17 UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) establishments.
