This will also allow for augmentation of resources to deliver and implement the services both onshore and offshore allowing for a quicker response to demand.•Testing Services (as part of project and solution delivery): Specific testing services using an outcome-based approach, reducing T&M, and driving greater ownership end to end.•Support Services:To enable the business to respond to ad-hoc support requirements in IT operations and provide more technical and commercial flexibility in response to the growing number of solutions being delivered
