The works comprise of: •The replacement of flat entrance doors with 30 minute certified doorsets; •The replacement of communal doors and screens with 60 minute certified doorsets (doors unlatched); •The replacement of electrical intake doors/dry risers with 60 minute certified doorsets (Doors to be fitted with GERDA suited locks); •The replacement of plastic trunking with galvanised cable trunking; •Removal of Asbestos panels; •Fire stopping; •Redecoration of communal areas to class O; and, •Localised flooring repairs.
