Woodbridge High School is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the annual water hygiene requirements to the water systems within the school buildings located on the site known as Woodbridge High School, St Barnabas Road, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 7DQ. Contractors will be required to maintain all items identified within the Asset Schedule and in full accordance with the Control of Legionella Bacteria In Water Systems 4th Edition HSG 274 Part 2, Approved Code of Practice (ACOP), L8 Legionnaires Disease and in accordance with the Schools current risk assessment. In addition to the above, Contractors are to make suitable allowances for water system sampling in accordance within the specification. Woodbridge High School will sign a contract with the successful Contractor for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. It is expected that the contract will commence on 1st April 2021.
