The Infrastructure & Environment (I&E) Department, within the Jersey Property Holdings (JPH) Directorate, intends to procure a range of Pre Approved Consultants to support the Government of Jersey in delivering capital investment projects across building, construction, engineering, and land management. This procurement will be conducted through a non committal Framework Agreement for Design and Technical Consultancy Services. The Framework will be structured into the following Lots: • Architectural Services • Engineering Services • Land Management & Environmental Services • Health and Safety Services • Other Services Across these Lots, a total of 36 specialist disciplines will be required, delivered either directly in house by consultants or via sub contractors.
