Delivery and maintenance of an end-to-end architecture. The intent is to develop a Sparx product at the appropriate classification, to include: - Work with, and across, operational stakeholders to develop a business model that identifies an agreed set of operational services that will form the framework for systems level analysis. - Develop a view of technical system interdependencies that can support the identification of risk. - Develop an information architecture model that can be maintained to inform technical coherence. - Engage with the Defence Digital Technical Design Authority to ensure that business analysis and architecture in the Strat Services is coherent with wider Defence Digital Service Executive Model (SEM) development.
