Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of Birmingham South Central CCG is seeking expressions of interest from suitability qualified providers for the provision of GP Practice Services at The Hill Medical Practice based in Sparkhill, Birmingham. The practice provides general GP services, treatment and advice for a range of minor illnesses and injuries. A service will be required Monday — Friday 8:00 - 20:00 and Saturday — Sunday 9:00 - 13:00The current contract will expire on 31.3.2017 and is under an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract. It is the intention of the CCG to award a short-term step-in contract to Midland Medical Partnership (MMP) for the period 1.4.2017 to 31.7.2017.No further notice will be issued with regard to this opportunity and only those parties expressing an interest in this notice will be invited to tender. Those expressing an interest will be given access to documents which the step-in provider is also party to.
