The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process to establish a framework agreement for the provision of graphic design from suitably experienced and qualified creative graphic design agencies.The successful tenderers will be required to undertake a range of graphic design services (for use across print and digital) and related creative content for all directorates across the organisation. The Authority may also request printing services through agreed pricing on an ad-hoc basis. The successful tenderers will meet the Contracting Authority’s requirement to communicate with our diverse range of stakeholders.
