Southwater Parish Council owns and operates various open spaces, woodland, leisure and play facilities across the Parish of Southwater.
Downslink Play Area is the largest and most extensive play area that Southwater Parish Council manages. It varies from the other play areas that we manage due to its size and landscaped design, and large sanded play area. These inherent items require a specific management programme for this site. It is the intention to undertake a grounds maintenance and grass cutting contract for the Downslink Play Area. The successful contractor will be responsible for carrying out the works to the specification outlined in the documents forming part of the invitation to tender.
