Descriptions
This tender is to procure the grounds maintenance de-scoped service for each of the schools in the Exeter PFI Contract in accordance with the schedule of works. This will involve the routine horticultural and other related maintenance of landscape areas including lawns, beds, hedges, trees, hard surfaces, and sports areas including natural pitches, high quality grass, tree surveys. All weather and certain other types of artificial sports pitches will be maintained by the Hard FM Contractor. Other maintenance work of a similar nature, including some landscaping, may be ordered as required and such work will be paid for in addition to the contract price.
