To supply & erect the following:Foundations to the parlour & all associated building worksConcrete floors to the parlour area with non-slip carborundum finishBlock work to office, plant room etc.To supply & fit UPVC doors & windows as requiredLoft to all roomsFibreglass to walls - 450m2External & internal concrete panel walls to the collecting yard & cow exit area.Concrete floor to the collecting yard & cow exit with patterns press non slip finishExternal concrete yards - 500m2Slurry channels 1m x 1m with concrete slat tops to the full width of the building, and to connect to the existing reception pit.Drainage to collect all wash down water. To be collected in 15,000 litre above ground tank and used for floor washing in the collecting yard & cow exit.To supply & fit all ducting & water pipes (underground)All gates for cow exit to form pens & external gates. All gates to be galvanised.All HSE requirements.All concrete area to be a minimum of 150mm deep with RC40 concrete
