Fferm Cilgwenyn Bee Farm is expanding from temporary facilities to a permanent building that includes extracting/bottling area, biosecurity control room, laboratory and office. The building will also include residential facilities. This will a the first farm in Wales to be dedicated to purely to apiculture.Tenders are required for phase 1 of the works that covers groundworks to include new access roads, drainage (both foul water and rainwater), building foundations (up to beam and block), water connection (including stand pipe) and measures to accommodate future electric connection.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=89064.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
