(a)Demolition / Excavation works including :•Remove kerbs, stone wall, and create opening as indicated•Remove topsoil and ground to form the correct levels for the formation of foundations, carpark, garden, drainage and other siteworks •Remove existing ash and horse chestnut trees(b)Construction works including:•Construction of a single story group home and all associated services(c)Services•Services as outlined on services drawings •Services as outlined on Mechanical and electrical drawings and specification•Commissioning of smoke alarm system, emergency lights, exit signs and heating systems •Electrical RECI or ECTI certification and full relevant documentation for BER & BCMS(d)All associated site works including•Construction of new planters, paving, footpaths, landscaping, fences and gates •Construction of new driveway and tarmac parking area •Trenches from building for electricity and drainage services to connections in the public road and on the other side of the public road •Road opening licenses and connections to public services •Planting and landscaping•Thermoplastic paint to demark the car parking including blue to disability access car space and upright signage as required by TGD Part M 2010
