Erskine Road Group Repair Contract, Colwyn Bay – The external refurbishment of 12 to 16 private domestic properties within Colwyn Bay. The work will consist of elements such as re-building of chimney stacks, the re-slating of properties including associated works such as, installation of loft insulation, renewal of facia boards and soffits and associated rainwater goods.The contractor must be able to demonstrate experience in carrying out works to occupied private domestic dwellings and other relevant criteria as detailed in the contract documents. It is anticipated that the scheme will commence around October / November 2011After pre-qualification a maximum of 6 contractors who have expressed an interest will be subsequently invited to tender for the work.Interested contractors must return their completed PQQ’s and supporting documents to Mr Ivor Jones, Housing Improvement Manager, Conwy County Borough Council, Regulatory and Housing, Civic Centre, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR no later than 12 Noon on the 9th September 2011.
