North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for Gym & Studio Equipment. The Authority intends to gather this information through written responses to this RFI. The Authority is also considering holding discovery days, and further information is provided below.

Engagement

North Yorkshire Council (NYC) is investing in a phased programme to update the gym and fitness equipment across its leisure sites. This contract will cover the supply, delivery, and installation of gym and studio equipment, along with associated services such as maintenance and support. NYC operates a network of leisure facilities that play a key role in promoting health and wellbeing.
