The London Borough of Bromley is seeking suitably qualified contractors to deliver a ground floor link extension, internal remodelling and refurbishment, and external landscaping works at Hawes Down Primary School.
The works comprise the design, and the construction of a ground floor link extension, external landscaping to create a new car park area, and internal remodelling and refurbishment, with all associated localised demolition and site clearance works, at Hawes Down Primary School, to provide a new link between the infant and junior blocks, a new car park location, and an enlarged and improved SEN (Special Educational Needs) provision. The works will take place within a fully occupied operational primary school and during term time. Further details are provided within the Employer’s Requirements.
