Requirements
Hertsmere Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the council) is seeking to purchase approximately 300 laptops, which will be required for 1st June 2025, subject to Council Budget approval.
The supplier must be able to commit to holding the laptops in stock and delivering them to the council according to an agreed schedule. The laptops will need to be delivered in 3 lots of 100 units at a time to ensure storage and security can be managed locally, in line with Hertsmere's rollout to users.
Hertsmere will need to clarify the exact dates for each delivery, potentially with 100 units per month over a 3-month period.
There is an optional requirement to dispose of approximately 250 laptops, and the council would like to see what return is available in exchange.
