The system demonstration showed that this system was highly configurable to our needs and requirements at Citizen, and saves time with a task that takes many hours taking a few clicks to create as otherwise the health and safety team would have to spend many hours producing the statistic reports for committees. The system app looks very simple to use and has functionality for incident report forms to be filled in by voice command instead of typing, this will be highly advantageous to frontline staff trying to complete the incident reports. Audits can be created and carried out in the system and on the app. This will allow for statistic reports to be generated for the committees and different audits can be created. This will allow in time for audits completed outside of the Health and Safety team to be carried out on the app i.e. Maintenance Ops supervisor audits. This will allow maintenance ops to report on these more easily and ensure KPIs are being met.
