Donegal County Council wishes to enter into a contract with suitably qualified and competent contractor for supply and installation of 5no. 42.6kW Air source Heat Pumps, 6kW PV system on uni-strut frame and associated builder’s works at the Letterkenny Public Services Centre, Co. Donegal.The works associated with the air source heat pumps are to include removal of existing redundant services, LTHW Pipework, Pumps, Radiators, Valves, Pressurisation Unit and Expansion Vessel, Pipework and Controls.The Solar PV Panel system and all electrical works to include inverter and electric meter/monitor as set out in the accompanying specifications must comply with the SEAI code of practice V 1.3.The associated builder’s works shall include the removal of the existing boilers, removal existing oil tank, oil lines and base structure and removal of existing pumps.
