Descriptions
Provision of vehicle tracking and telemetry goods and services (including associated services) for the Authority's fleet of heavy goods vehicles (up to 1 700 tractors and 2 200 trailers). The end to end solution comprises the provision, installation (and decommissioning), support and maintenance of all hardware, software and communications necessary for vehicle tracking and reporting; in-cab driver communications and visual display; and driver behaviour feedback and reporting. The framework agreement will have an initial term of five years, with the option at the Authority's sole discretion to extend by up to 24 months.
