The nature of the works is to remove the existing boilers, controls, hot water cylinder, flues and all associated pipework within the boiler room including gas, heating and domestic hot & cold water. To remove asbestos boarding to above the cold water storage tank room and replace with new material. Install new boilers, hot water cylinder, controls and associated gas, hot water, cold water and heating pipework. Link back to existing school circuits via new plate heat exchanger to maintain separation of water and protect new plant
