Bournemouth Borough Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced sole contractor for the provision of a term highway contract to support the delivery of their Transportation and general civil engineering works programmes.Work will be ordered on a Task Order basis and will typically include general highway improvements, road safety and traffic calming schemes, cycling schemes and urban realm and streetscape improvements. The contract term is 3 years with no contractual extension.Contract start date (provisionally): 21.1.2019.Contract end date (provisionally): 20.1.2022.Tender documentation is currently being prepared and will be issued in due course.
