The Authority wishes to operate a framework agreement for the provision of Road Sweepers and Gully Emptiers (with Drivers). The framework will be split into 2 Lots, as detailed below:Lot 1 - Hire of 15 Tonne GVW Vehicle Mounted Suction Sweeper with operatorLot 2 - Hire of 18 Tonne GVW Vacuum Gully Emptier with operatorThe general specification must be carried out in full accordance with the Specification for Highway Works (SHW) that forms part of the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCDHW) as issued by the Government Departments and the Highways Agency including all the latest amendments and additions in force prior to the closing date of this tender.Detailed specifications for each service lot are included in the Invitation to Tender documents (Specification and Pricing Schedules - Subsection C refers).
