Building 118 is part of our estates holding in Daedalus, Lee-on-Solent. For the last few years since site acquisition, the building facade is deteriorating year by year and a number of stones are now detached and it makes the site unsafe. The facade needs to be secured by provision of a propping system, protect the brickwork and make the site safe and this would need to be then maintained.
